TUESDAY - 6 WEEK ALL LEVEL WHEEL THROWING - 6-9PM - FEB 18TH - MARCH 25TH
This 6-week class will meet every TUESDAY between February 18th - March 25th from 6:00pm-9:00pm.
Ages 18+
REFUND POLICY: Full refunds are available up to two weeks before the start date of your class. No refunds are able to be issued past that point.
If you are new to the Club House, attendance at the first class of the session is mandatory
Our six-week classes are ideal for people who feel hesitant to commit to a full twelve weeks but still want to dip their toes into clay (so to speak; we promise your feet will stay clean ;) ). While fast-paced, the six-week class will give you a taste of the basics while covering a different skill each class.
All levels are welcome! For beginners, we will start by learning basic throwing, trimming, and hand-building techniques. If you’ve never taken a ceramics class before, you can expect to leave this class with things like (potentially wonky and small) mugs, bowls, and planters. Intermediate and advanced students are welcome to work on their own projects or request specific tutorials from the instructor.
Open studio hours will be offered every week, after the first week of class plus an additional few open studios after the session has ended to complete glazing. Open Studio will be non-instructional studio time for enrolled students to work on their projects. Enrollment for open studio days will open one week prior.
Price does not include open studio time, clay or tools. If you would like us to provide you with a bag of clay and / or a pottery toolkit, those can be purchased now or on our Supplies Page at any point in time and we will have them ready for you on your first day. If you would like to purchase your own clay and tools, please purchase a bag of Cinco Blanco, Cinco Rojo or Buffalo Wallow from our local ceramic store, Armadillo Clay :)
