Experience
Ready to expand your hand-building skills? Don’t miss this special opportunity to dive into the art of nerikomi with our limited-series class! You’ll learn how to create vibrant, colored clays and combine them into patterned blocks, which you’ll then transform into slab-built pottery pieces.
All levels are welcome, but because nerikomi is a detailed and involved process, we recommend that students have had at least one clay class or workshop before enrolling. Not quite there yet? No worries—this won’t be the last time we offer this exciting course.
Open studio
Open studio hours will be offered every week, after the first week of class plus an additional few open studios after the session has ended to complete glazing. Open Studio will be non-instructional studio time for enrolled students to work on their projects. Enrollment for open studio days will open one week prior.
Supplies
Price does not include open studio time, clay or tools. If you would like us to provide you with a bag of clay and / or a pottery toolkit, those can be purchased now or on our Supplies Page at any point in time and we will have them ready for you on your first day.
